Our Process

Every project begins with an application. As part of the application, you'll share links to your artist profiles (such as Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, or other platforms) so we can get to know your music, artistic vision, and ministry. If this is your first release, you may submit a private streaming link instead. At LAFWA Records, we partner with artists who are committed to using their gifts to glorify God and fulfill His purpose through music. We'll review your work to determine whether your project is the right fit for our mission and services.

If your project is approved, you'll receive a custom quote, an invoice for the required deposit, and a client agreement outlining the scope of work, revisions, payment terms, and project policies. Once the agreement is signed and the deposit is received, your booking will be confirmed.

Next, we'll send you a secure upload link where you can submit your stems, reference tracks, and any additional project files. Once everything is received, we'll begin mixing and/or mastering your project with excellence and care.

When the first version is complete, you'll receive a private review link to listen and provide your feedback. After you've approved the final version, the remaining balance is due. Once the balance has been paid, we'll deliver your final release-ready WAV and MP3 files, ready to help you share the message God has entrusted to you.
